Large, powder-blue flowers reaching 4" contrast against deep green mounded foliage. Flowering stems emerge from basal leaves and are attractive from bud through seed head. Flowers attractive to butterflies.

Care:

Known for their heat tolerance they like full sun and rich soil. Adapts to dry or moist conditions but not standing water. Deadheading will prolong flowering but you'll lose the attractive seed heads. For fresh new growth, cut back after flowering.
